Where did I start in the fireplace industry? Way back in 1997, I just knew that the industry was right for me. From delivering gas bottles for a Hull-based fireplace company to transitioning to work in their showroom, marking the beginning of my career in sales for fires and fireplaces it felt just right! I then joined Fireplace Studio in 2007 as I fell in love with selling fires!
Travelling from Hull daily is no hard commitment, I find profound satisfaction in my role and the sense of belonging within Fireplace Studio and I was completely taken aback by their commitment to quality. We exclusively offer top-notch products, providing me with confidence in selling to customers. We uphold transparency through an open-door policy, allowing customers to browse at their own pace, free from pushy sales tactics! The showroom, constantly adapting to new products each year, reflects our commitment to quality through display models.
While constantly evolving alongside Emma, we love welcoming new customers into our showroom, we strive to answer customer queries and share our expertise on-site. This hands-on approach ensures that our showroom remains a dynamic and informative space for our valued customers!
